This three-night midweek getaway combines a cozy lakeside cabin, all meals, guided Naturalist activities, and plenty of time to explore the fall colors by trail or water.
Aspen and birch typically turn brilliant shades of yellow and gold in September, creating a striking contrast against the white pine and spruce. Later in the season, the tamaracks complete the show as their needles turn golden before falling for the winter.

- Three nights’ accommodations in a lakeside cabin with a fireplace
- All meals beginning with dinner on your arrival day and continuing through breakfast on your departure day
- Guided Naturalist activities which may include fall colors hikes, fall foraging hikes, wildlife programs, and evening activities
- Unlimited use of canoes, kayaks, standup paddle boards on the waterfront
- Use of resort hiking trails

Yes. Gunflint Lodge offers one- to five-bedroom cabins, making the package suitable for romantic fall getaways, family vacations, and trips with friends.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, all the cabins at Gunflint Lodge are pet-friendly. A nightly pet fee applies, and advance notice is recommended when reserving a cabin. Northern Lights Lodge and lodge rooms are pet free.
