We are cranking up our big smokers for the weekend and invite you to look over our shoulder to learn some of the tricks of the trade. We will smoke you a beautiful 15+ pound whole turkey for you to take back for your Thanksgiving dinner so you can wow your friends with a turkey far tastier than you can buy in a store. We will be smoking over hickory that we bring in from Missouri.

Includes: 2 nights accommodations, all meals (including some other smoked foods that we will run through the smokers while we have them up), and your turkey to take home.
