Turkey & Ham Smoking Weekends

We are cranking up our big smoker for the weekend and invite you to look over
our shoulder to learn some of the tricks of the trade. We will smoke you a beautiful
15+ pound whole turkey or a big 'bone in' ham for you to take back for one of your
upcoming holiday dinners. You will be able to wow your friends with a turkey or
ham far tastier than they have ever had. We will be smoking with hickory logs that
we bring in from Missouri.

Includes: 2 nights accommodations, all meals (including some other smoked foods
that we will run through the smokers while we have them up), and your turkey or
ham to take home. Taxes are additional.
