Combine two of the important Spring events in your life. Moms receive special attention and you get to go fishing– does it get any better.

We will have a lakeside fireplace cabin with a king sized bed, full bath, and a kitchen for you. All your meals are included for the weekend so no one will have any chores to do, and we pack a lunch to go for Saturday if you want to be out fishing for the entire day. Each night we will bring an appetizer and wine to your cabin at 5:30 for you to enjoy by your fireplace, before you come up to the lodge for your dinner. Also included is a boat, with backrest seats, a 20 hp electric start motor, all gas, fish filleting and freezing. We even include your live bait, landing net and minnow bucket. We will go over a lake map to help get you focused on where the fish are and what they are likely to be biting on. You will be able to fish for lake trout, walleye, smallmouth bass and northern pike. Gunflint is one of the top lake trout lakes in
the state, and we troll for them in shallow water in May, with most fishing running from 3 to 10 pounds.

Includes: 2 nights accommodations, all meals, boat and motor, gas, live bait, fish filleting and freezing, appetizers and wine each evening, and ½ hour massage for mom.
