Each fall we offer some northwoods adventures with our moose calling expeditions during their fall rut. One of our guides will take you out and work at calling in a big bull during their mating season. Please understand in advance that this is a risk activity, although we have not had any issues so far. In addition to the guided trips we offer a short air flight so you can spot the moose from the air and get a good view of our beautiful northwoods from aloft.
Each full day at Gunflint includes one 1/2 day escorted moose calling excursion. Bring along country clothes and walking shoes or boots, as you will be tramping in the back country on old logging roads, along woods trails, and through bushy clearings.

Includes: 3 nights accommodations, all meals, canoes, 2 guided ½ day moose calling excursions, and an optional 40 minute air flight. We will help you make your own moose call to take home with you.
