I would just like to thank you and your staff for being so wonderfully accommodating  this last weekend when I visited.  I can’t tell you how much it means to have people understand and look out for me, food-wise.  It is not often I get to dine out without worry.

The wait staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the food that was served was delicious, and the bartender saved the day one evening when I requested a virgin mary cocktail and she looked at the ingredients and let me know it had gluten in it.  She saved me spending a whole day in my cabin with a splitting headache.

Above and beyond that, I had a wonderful time. The cabin was cozy, the lodge was welcoming, and we loved the deer and wildlife and view.  What a beautiful place---I will definitely be back!
